Annamayya SP inspects security arrangements ahead of Chandrababu Naidu’s visit

In preparation for Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s visit to Annamayya district on Saturday (February 1), Superintendent of Police V. Vidyasagar Naidu on Friday (January 31) held a review of the security arrangements at key locations such as NTR statue, helipad and Sambapalle mandal.

The SP was accompanied by Additional SP (Administration) M. Venkatadri, Additional SP (Rajampeta) Manoj Ramanath Hegde and senior police officers from the Chief Minister’s security detail. The SP asked the police personnel on bandobast duties to also take care of crowd control, traffic management and security checkpoints.

He also examined the preparedness of emergency response services.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to arrive at Sambepalle in the district by helicopter from Kadapa airport at 12:20 p.m. He will inaugurate the NTR statue at the mandal headquarters, attend a public meeting later and distribute the NTR Bharosa pensions to beneficiaries. He will also interact with farmers and the beneficiaries of the social security pensions during the visit.
