YSRCP East Godavari District president and former minister for Backward Classes Welfare Ch. Venu Gopala Krishna on Monday (February 17) blamed Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for his silence on the distribution of joint assets located in Hyderabad in Telangana State, causing an estimated loss of ₹1.10 lakh crore to Andhra Pradesh State after the bifurcation of the undivided State of Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to newsmen at a press conference here at Rajahmundry Press Club, Mr. Venu Gopala Krishna claimed that Mr. Chandrababu Naidu had left the city of Hyderabad without completing the distribution of joint assets during his previous term as Chief Minister between 2014-19.

On attracting the party cadre from the YSRCP into the TDP-Jana Sena-BJP alliance, Mr. Venu Gopala Krishna said: “Mr. Chandrababu Naidu is known for promoting cash for politics.”

”The TDP-JSP-BJP alliance has borrowed ₹1.43 lakh crore over the past six months. However, none of the promises of the super-six is being implemented,” Mr. Venugopala Krishna said.
