Anand Ahuja and Sonam Kapoor embraced fatherhood after the birth of their son Vayu in August 2022. Despite their busy schedules, the two always make time for their child. They frequently share adorable photos and videos of their precious time with Vayu. Recently, Anand Ahuja shared a slew of pictures and clips with Vayu and Sonam on his Instagram handle giving a glimpse of how they spent the winter season.
The carousel included a picture of little Vayu walking with his parents and enjoying his time outdoors. One of the clips showed Anand and Vayu taking a stroll in a toy car. Another picture features the father-son duo happily speaking on a video call. The post also features a few snaps of Sonam and Anand adorably posing together. Soon after the post was made public, many of his followers showered them with love and praise. One user stated, “Your lovely son and his dressing woowww,” while another simply stated, “Lovely pictures.”
Some time back, Anand shared a candid video from his day off with his son. The clip showed Vayu wearing a yellow raincoat and playing with colourful balls in a pool, while his adoring father stood behind him and caressed his tiny head. Anand wore a black T-shirt with grey pants and finished the appearance with white sneakers and a watch. In the caption, he wrote, “Daddy Duty is the best. Esp w Zu chachu.”
Meanwhile, Sonam and Anand recently made headlines when they purchased Mumbai’s well-known music boutique, Rhythm House. It was founded in the 1940s and currently occupies 3,600 square feet in Kala Ghoda. The store closed in 2018 when the previous owner, Nirav Modi, failed to repay bank loans.
On the work front, Anand Ahuja is a visionary founder of Bhaane, a contemporary retail brand, and the co-founder of VegNonVeg, India’s first multi-brand sneaker store. On the other hand, Sonam Kapoor is working on a new film called Battle for Bittora, which is based on Anuja Chauhan’s 2010 novel. The film follows an animation expert who unexpectedly becomes involved in a political feud with a previous king over the Bittora elections.
