Recently, Richa delighted fans by sharing an adorable snapshot of Ali cuddling their little one, sending the internet into a collective meltdown over the heartwarming father-daughter moment.
In the picture, Ali radiates pure happiness as he holds baby Zuneyra close to his chest, their bond evident in every frame. While basking in these precious moments, Richa Chadha recently opened up about the challenges of new parenthood in a conversation with Faye D’Souza. She revealed that when Ali requested paternity leave, his request was met with little support, with many implying that a week or two should be enough.
Fortunately, an unexpected delay in his work commitments allowed Ali to be present during a critical period, providing Richa with the much-needed support as they navigated the early days of parenting. Richa candidly described motherhood’s initial phase as a whirlwind of exhaustion, emotional highs and lows, and mental fog, underscoring the importance of a supportive partner.
She further highlighted the lack of accessible childcare in India, stressing that shared parental responsibilities are not a luxury but a necessity. Richa also pointed out the urgent need for women in leadership roles, emphasizing that their presence could drive impactful changes in societal structures and the economy.
On the professional front, Richa Chadha recently mesmerized audiences in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Meanwhile, Ali Fazal has an exciting slate of projects ahead.
Fresh off the success of Mirzapur 3, Ali is set to star in Rakht Brahmand, a period fantasy thriller helmed by Tumbbad director Rahi Anil Barve. The film, backed by Raj & DK, also features Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a pivotal role.
Additionally, Ali will be seen in Anurag Basu’s ensemble drama Metro…In Dino alongside a star-studded cast, including Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, Konkona Sensharma, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
