Akshay Kumar and his wife, Twinkle Khanna, have now finalised the sale of their high-end apartment for Rs 80 crore. It is located in the prestigious 360 West Tower in Mumbai’s upscale Worli neighbourhood. Property registration records obtained by IndexTap.com, a data-driven home-buying platform, confirm that the couple has completed the sale of their luxury apartment in Worli’s 360 West Tower for Rs 80 crore on January 31, 2025.
The apartment, situated on the 39th floor of Tower B, covers 6,830 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area and comes with four dedicated car parking spaces. The buyers, Pallavi Jain and others, also paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.8 crore for the transaction.
The deal values the property at an impressive Rs 1,17,130 per sq. ft., highlighting the premium pricing of high-end residences in Mumbai’s sought-after Worli area.
A few weeks ago, Akshay Kumar had also sold his apartment in Borivali East, Mumbai for a whopping Rs 4.25 crore. As per property registration documents accessed by SquareYards, the apartment is part of Sky City, a sprawling 25-acre residential project by Oberoi Realty, offering options like 3BHKs, studios and duplex apartments.
The sale was registered on January 21, 2025. Square Yards’ analysis of IGR property records revealed that Kumar had originally purchased the property for Rs 2.38 crore in November 2017. Over the years, the apartment saw a 78 per cent appreciation in value.
Meanwhile, in an old interview with Vogue, Twinkle had shared that the best part of their current sea-facing Juhu home was watching the sun set into the Arabian Sea every day. She called it a daily blessing. The couple also owns a beautiful holiday villa in Goa, designed in a Portuguese style and set on a peaceful white sand beach.
