Reportedly, Aamir Khan’s mother has been unwell for a long time now. She was previously admitted to a hospital in Mumbai.
In 2022, Aamir Khan’s mother also suffered a heart attack.
Aamir Khan recently visited a private hospital in Chennai with his mother, Zeenat Hussain. As reported by IANS, the Bollywood superstar was spotted outside the hospital as he arrived with his mother. While sources suggest that her health may have deteriorated, some reports also claim that it might be for her routine check-up. However, no official statement has been released either by the actor or his team regarding his hospital visit as of now.
Reportedly, Aamir Khan’s mother has been unwell for a long time now. She was previously admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. However, it is said that the actor later shifted her to Chennai for treatment.
In 2022, Zeenat also suffered a heart attack following which she was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. Reports indicated that she was with Aamir at their Panchgani house during Diwali.
In July last year, Aamir Khan’s mother also celebrated her 90th birthday. Back then, the actor’s daughter Ira also shared a series of pictures from the celebration on her Instagram handle and penned down a heartwarming note.
“I know there are lots of things and people in these photos. And I wanted you to focus on Dadi’s face. Just her. The cake-cutting took a good 15 minutes. Standing can get tiring for her, there’s a fear, weakness… as there is when people get older and their bodies change again. I wonder from time to time what it is like to age. Not your-hair-turning-white kind of aging. The your-body-is-starting-to-deteriorated kind of aging. Where you start to lose capability in all your faculties,” she wrote.
On the work front, Aamir Khan was last seen in the 2022 film Laal Singh Chaddha. He will soon be seen in Sitaare Zameen Par. The film is a sequel to his 2007 hit Taare Zameen Par and will also star Genelia D’Souza in the lead.
