Guwahati, Mar 18: Assam Police have successfully dismantled an inter-state motorcycle theft gang with links to Manipur, arresting seven individuals and recovering 14 stolen motorcycles.
The operation followed a complaint filed on March 11 regarding the theft of a motorcycle. Dispur police launched an investigation, leading to the recovery of the stolen bike along with 13 others. Six of the arrested suspects are from Manipur, and they are currently in police custody as further investigations unfold.
