The Diplomat second song Naina released
John Abraham is all set for his next political thriller, The Diplomat. The film, which was initially set to release on March 7, is now releasing on March 14. Well, ahead of its release, the makers dropped the second song Naina from the film. It is a soulful track. The film also stars Sadia Khateeb, Sharib Hashmi, Revathy, and Kumud Mishra.
The video opens with showing John Abraham busy with his work as he is posted in Pakistan while his wife and child is in India. They are waiting for him and wants him to come back. He is understanding but his duty is making it difficult. “Sacrifices unseen, love unspoken—#Naina holds it all. Song Out now! #TheDiplomat releasing worldwide on 14th March,” read the caption. Taking to his Instagram handle, John shared posters and wrote, ‘The wait gets longer, but his impact only grows stronger. #TheDiplomat now arrives on 14th March.” The film marks a shift for John Abraham, portraying a character rooted in strategy, intellect, and negotiation—showcasing a strong-headed and dynamic avatar unlike any seen before. The Diplomat is Produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar (T-Series), John Abraham (JA Entertainment), Vipul D. Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl (Wakaoo Films), and Sameer Dixit, Jatish Varma, Rakesh Dang (Fortune Pictures/Seeta Films).
The trailer pays homage to her pivotal efforts in 2017, supporting Indian diplomat JP Singh in bringing India’s daughter back home. The video opens with a Muslim woman entering the Indian embassy in Pakistan. She claims that her marriage is forceful and is Indian national. First John is not ready to believe and later he tries everything to get her back in India. The whole process looks intense and is very captivating. The film highlights how tact and negotiation—rather than war—are the protagonist’s ultimate weapons. John Abraham steps into the role of real-life Indian diplomat J.P. Singh, who embarks on a high-stakes mission to rescue the ‘Daughter of India’ from captivity.
John Abraham was last seen in “Vedaa,” directed by Nikkhil Advani. The movie marked John’s first on-screen collaboration with actress Sharvari Wagh.
