Actor Tamannaah Bhatia immersed herself in the Triveni Sangam during the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj on Saturday, accompanied by her family. This sacred visit was marked by prayers and blessings from Lord Shiva.
Known for her roles in films like Aranmanai 4, Baahubali, and Rebel, Tamannaah dressed in a traditional salwar kurta for the occasion. She helped her family as they offered their prayers at one of the world’s largest religious gatherings. In an interview with ANI, Tamannaah described the experience as a “once in a lifetime chance.”
An elated Tamannaah said, “I got a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I actually see so many people here. I feel we all want to be happy and free from our own sufferings. I felt that everyone is here to say something of their own, don’t let it go kind of things. So I felt so good to do this with everyone. It is also the devotion and faith of people that we are all able to do such a big thing. At the same time, this is the belief of all of us that we are able to do so much together, and it is our grace.”
On the day of her visit to the Mahakumbh Mela, the makers of Tamannaah’s upcoming film, Odela 2, released the teaser. In the movie, she plays a Sadhvi, and it is directed by Ashok Teja. Odela 2 is a sequel to Sampath Nandi’s 2022 film, Odela Railway Station.
Tamannaah Bhatia-starrer Odela 2 is directed by Ashok Teja and produced under Sampath Nandi Teamworks banner in association with D Madhu of Madhu Creations. The film also stars Hebah Patel, Murali Sharma, KGF star Vashishta Simha, and others in pivotal roles.
