Ajith Kumar’s Good Bad Ugly is one of the most anticipated films of 2025. The Adhik Ravichandran directorial has generated a lot of interest on social media and is set to release on April 10. While fans wait to witness Ajith Kumar’s magic on the screen once again, speculations are rife that Simran can make a cameo appearance alongside the actor. Ajith and Simran’s chemistry has won the audience’s hearts in films such as Aval Varuvala, Vaalee and Unnai Kodu Ennai Tharuven.
Fans are looking forward to their on-screen reunion after almost 25 years. Over the years, Simran has worked on Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam films. She made her film debut in 1997 but took a break in 2008. She made her comeback in the industry once again in 2014 with prominent films such as Petta, Rocketry. and Gulmohar.
Meanwhile, Good Bad Ugly is co-written by Adhik Ravichandran, Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan. Produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Gulshan Kumar, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar, the film stars Ajith Kumar alongside Trisha Krishnan in lead roles. Furthermore, the movie has already established a digital streaming network. It will premiere on Netflix following its theatrical run.

Reportedly, the filming for Good Bad Ugly began in Hyderabad in May 2024, with the team aiming to create an exciting production that blends action and comedy.
Ajith Kumar was last seen in Vidaamuyarchi, a remake of the 1997 American film Breakdown. Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the film was released on February 6. The story is based on a man who goes on a high-risk expedition to rescue his wife, who has been kidnapped by a violent group in Azerbaijan. It was bankrolled by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions. After 15 days, the film has collected Rs 78.46 crore at the national box office, as per Sanilk. The cast of Vidaamuyarchi also includes Arjun Sarja, Arav, Regina Cassandra, and Ramya Subramanian.
