Sahil Khan known for comedy films such as Xcuse Me and Style tied the knot with his lady love Milena Aleksandra on Valentine’s Day. The former actor celebrated the occasion with a lavish reception at Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa. Several pictures of the ceremony went viral. Days after, the 48-year-old dropped a video from his Nikah ceremony.
The video featured the actor lovingly taking a first look at his wife post Nikah. He gently lifted her veil and gave her a warm smile. Milena who was visibly shy, also smiled. The two seemed to be in a hotel and the guests could be heard greeting and congratulating the newly married pair. Sharing the clip, Sahil wrote, “Allah Nikah Mubarak Kare, Ameen,” (May God bless our marriage, amen) followed by red heart emojis.
Soon after sharing, Sahil’s friends and fans showered love and blessings in the comments section. One of them wrote, “Congratulations brother, insha’allah you achieve all your goals in life.” Another said, “How pretty is she, god bless you both.” Many other fans dropped heart emojis.
For the ceremony, both Sahil and Milena were dressed modestly in traditional outfits. Sahil donned a white kurta, paired with a golden watch, while Milena looked beautiful in a white and golden abaya.
Meanwhile, Sahil’s reception was nothing but luxurious. The actor shared a video of their massive 6-tiered wedding cake, adorned with beautiful white flowers. “The Wedding Cake The Most Important Cake Of My Life…#justgotmarried,” he wrote. He also shared a clip of his bride posing in front of the huge cake. In another post, he added, “Finally got married thanks for the wishes happy Valentines Day to all. May all of you find love happiness & success in this Life.”
Talking about their love story, Sahil revealed that he first met Milena in Moscow when they were both on a vacation. He admitted during an interview with Bombay Times that he was impressed by her looks and offered a modeling photoshoot. Milena politely refused and noted that she wanted to start her own family and have children. “Her simplicity and honesty instantly drew me in, and at that moment, I knew I wanted to marry her. From that day on, our journey together began,” he said.
