Soha Ali Khan is back with another fitness update, and it’s all the motivation you need to get moving! In her latest workout video, the actress is seen pushing her limits at the gym, proving just how intense her routine can be. From squats and crunches to pull-ups and strength training, Soha is giving it her all.
Her gym look is just as impressive as her workout. She kept it sporty yet stylish in a multi-coloured sports bra paired with sleek black gym tights and matching black sneakers. With her hair tied up in a neat low bun, she was all set to take on the challenge.
Despite the tough session, Soha added a fun twist with a witty caption that perfectly matched her dedication. Sharing the video on Instagram, she wrote, “Just hanging about,” keeping things lighthearted while inspiring her fans to break a sweat!

Her post didn’t just get her fans talking, though. It also caught the attention of actress Patralekha who couldn’t help but drop a few fire emojis in the comments section, clearly impressed with Soha’s fitness game.
As the comments started rolling in, fans couldn’t hold back their admiration. One fan wrote, “You are my absolute favourite…Pure goddess,” while another simply called her “Fitness diva.”
On the professional front, Soha is all set to make a comeback to the big screen with the much-anticipated horror film Chhorii 2, the sequel to the 2021 thriller Chhorii. Directed by Vishal Furia, the second instalment will see Soha take on a new role, playing a grey character. She will be sharing screen space with Nushrratt Bharuccha, who reprises her lead role from the first film, making it their first collaboration together.
Last year, Prime Video announced the sequel on social media by sharing the first poster of the film.
The caption read, “Sakshi races to save her daughter from an evil cult led by Pradhan Ji, battling societal superstitions and horrifying realities. #Chhorii2OnPrime #AreYouReady #PrimeVideoPresents.”
The fresh poster revealed a more intense side of the film with Nushrratt looking terrified and Soha wearing a black outfit and veil. According to reports, the highly anticipated film is set to stream on Prime Video in mid-2025.
