Vicky Kaushal was joined by Rashmika Mandanna for the promotion of Chhaava at Chitra Cinema, Mumbai. She seems to have recovered from her leg injury.

Rashmika Mandanna joined Vicky Kaushal for the promotional event of their upcoming film ‘Chhaava’ at Chitra Cinema in Dadar, Mumbai. The actress, who had been missing the last few promotional events due to her foot injury, seems to have recovered. She told the paparazzi that her foot is ‘better’ as she posed at the Mumbai event. As Rashmika joined Vicky, the latter urged the crowd to welcome her in true ‘Dadar style’. He announced that he hasn’t come for the promotion alone today, and that Rashmika has specially joined him from Hyderabad.
A video from Chhaava promotional event in Mumbai shows Rashmika Mandanna and Vicky Kaushal on the stage, at Chitra Cinema. He is seen saying, “Aaj akela nahi aaya hu. Aaj Maharani ko saath me laya hu. Maharani Hyderabad se specially aali aamchya saathi. (I haven’t come alone today. I have brought along Maharani with me. She has come from Hyderabad especially for us).” He then asked the crowd to welcome Rashmika in true ‘Dadar-style’ and ‘Mumbai-style’. The crowd was heard cheering and they went gaga over the Chhaava stars. Post this, the actress addressed the crowd, and said, “Kaise hain aap? Sab theek? (How are you all? All good?) Thank you so much for coming here, enjoying this party with us.”
Later, Vicky also revealed why they chose Chitra Cinema as the venue to promote Chhaava in Mumbai. He said that it was important for them to promote the film here, as this was the place where they began the film’s journey. He shared that the teaser of Chhaava was attached with Rajkummar Rao’s film ‘Stree 2’ when it released in August last year. Since the teaser was launched at Chitra Cinema, they felt that it was important that they choose this same venue for the promotion.
Rashmika Mandanna sustained a severe leg injury while she was working out at the gym on January 12, 2025. Despite that, she continued to fulfil her work commitments as she has been travelling to promote her upcoming film, Chhaava. The actress attended several public events with a plaster on her leg.
Chhaava is all set to release in theatres on 14th February, 2025.
