Salman Khan said he only sleeps for two hours every day.
Salman Khan will soon be seen in Sikandar.
Salman Khan has made his podcast debut in his nephew Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dumb Biryani. During the podcast, Salman Khan advised Arhaan and his friends about how they should work hard to achieve their dreams and not come up with excuses like they need to sleep. Salman Khan said that he sleeps for only two hours a day and catches rest when he has nothing else to do. He gave the example of when he was in jail.
Salman Khan said, “‘I am tired.’ No, get up. No matter how tired you are. ‘I don’t get sleep’. Don’t sleep. Do something, you’ll automatically go to sleep. So I don’t understand these things… I sleep for an hour and a half or two hours and then someday, once in a month, I sleep for seven hours.”
He continued, “Somedays I’ll get a five-minute break between shots so I’ll sleep on the chair. In places where I cannot do anything, like when I was in jail, I slept. I couldn’t do anything about it… When it comes to your work or family, the effort that you have to keep on putting in… you just need to be there for friends and family and work.”
Speaking of work, Salman Khan is currently busy shooting Sikandar. Sikandar also stars Rashmika Mandanna. The film is helmed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The anticipation surrounding the film is quite high.
Recently, the makers released the teaser of the film. In the electrifying 80-second clip, Salman Khan made a grand entrance in full-fledged action mode and battled armoured and masked foes with unmatched intensity. His character, Sikandar, was introduced in a striking silhouette that radiated mystery and strength and set the tone for the high-octane drama.
The teaser’s pulsating background score perfectly complemented the adrenaline-charged visuals, building tension with every frame. The clip crescendoed with Salman’s powerful dialogue: “Suna hai ki bohot saare log mere peeche pade hai. Bas mere mudne ki der hai.” This line, delivered with his signature style, promised a gripping and action-packed cinematic experience.
The film, scheduled for an Eid 2025 release, features an ensemble cast, including Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi, alongside Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna.
