Megastar Chiranjeevi’s mother, Anjana Devi, rang into her 75th birthday on January 29. The actor celebrated this special day with a small party in the presence of other members of the family. Recently, the star took to his social media account to share a video of a celebration for his mother’s birthday. In the video shared by Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Upasana Konidela, and others showed up in a casual look to celebrate the day, and surely they had a good time together.
The clip opens to show his mother can be seen walking into a room while the staff present there shower her with flower petals. The video then switches to show the dining area filled with delicious cuisines and animal and metallic balloons. The 69-year-old actor can then be seen hugging his mother warmly, while others join in to throw rose petals and sing for her as she cuts her birthday cake.
Anjana Devi then fed cake to Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, who couldn’t stop smiling. The video also showed a moment of Anjana sharing a warm hug with her daughter-in-law Upasana before offering her a piece of cake. At the end, Anjana can be heard saying, “I feel so happy to see you all.”
Sharing the adorable video, Chiranjeevi wrote a heartfelt wish to show his love and respect for her beloved mother. He wrote, “Amma!!!!! On this special day, we want you to know that you are cherished beyond words, loved beyond measure, and respected more than you could ever imagine.”
“Happy Birthday to our beloved mother—the heart of our family, the source of our strength, and the embodiment of pure, selfless love. With infinite love and gratitude,” he added.
Ram Charan’s wife, Upasana Kamineni Konidela, also dropped a post on Instagram wishing her grandmother-in-law with a sweet caption. “Happy Birthday to the most caring & disciplined Nainama. Love living with you. Check out our post Yoga Glow. Btw she never misses a class. Truly inspiring,” she penned.
Speaking about Chiranjeevi’s work, the actor was last seen in Waltair Veerayya in 2023. He will soon grace the screens with her upcoming film Vishwambhara, directed by Vassishta. The film is a fantasy drama, co-starring Trisha and Meenakshi Chaudhary. Next, he has Srikanth Odela’s directorial on his plate.
