Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra are currently in Kerala, shooting for their upcoming film ‘Param Sundari’. While the actress has been busy shooting for the film, looks like she took some time off to explore the beautiful state. Janhvi shared a number of pictures on her Instagram account, giving fans a sneak-peek into ‘Kerala diaries’. One of the pictures also features her Ulajh co-star Roshan Matthew.
Janhvi Kapoor looked absolutely gorgeous in a white saree with dainty floral print. She explored local temples and churches in Kerala. In one picture, she is seen taking a stroll through a beautiful street with her Ulajh co-star Roshan Matthew. She tied her hair back in a bun, and put on dark sunglasses. Meanwhile, Roshan Matthew rocked a white shirt and black pants. The next picture shows her feeding an elephant, while another one shows her basking in the winter sun. Janhvi is also seen gorging on delicious food at a café in Kochi in the last photo. Clearly, she had a great time exploring Kerala. “A day well spent #keraladiaries,” she wrote in the caption. Meanwhile, as soon as she shared the photos, Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor reacted to it. He wrote, “I can see that you are really enjoying Kerala.” The actress’ fans also showered her with compliments, gushing over how pretty she looks.

Speaking to Variety about the film, Dinesh Vijan stated, “Its like those films that Mani-sir [Mani Ratnam] used to do like Saathiya. The kind of music it has and Janhvi playing a South Indian is interesting, Sid’s playing a Northern Delhi boy and the conflict is very cool. It’s like maybe taking Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya forward – there’s a high tech idea in there. But we are going into the Kantara world of sorts – we are going a little more than that.”
